RE: Customer Portal outage effective February 8, 2019
Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries is preparing to upgrade our JD Edwards computer system, which is used to manage our finance and supply chain operations. This upgrade will ensure our systems remain current and supported, and allow us to improve our processes for future growth. Unfortunately, the current Customer Portal is not compatible with the new version of JD Edwards and must be replaced. As a result, the current portal will be decommissioned on Friday, February 8, 2019.
Liquor & Lotteries is working on a new portal that will be introduced in stages; first, it will restore your ability to look up accounts receivable information with additional services introduced at a later date. The new portal with access to your accounts receivable information is expected to be introduced in the near future.
In the meantime, please send your requests for accounts receivable information to email@example.com, and my team will provide your requested information until the new portal is available.
